Jigsaw’s GenZ Seminar

Last month we held our annual knowledge seminar focusing on Generation Z; we exploded some popular myths about them and identified both similarities and differences between GenZ and Millennials.

Critically, we also highlighted opportunities for brands to communicate better to this audience.

A WhatsApp First

Jigsaw has become the first market research company to be given approval to integrate WhatsApp into a back-end research platform.

This means that we’ve got a mechanism that is familiar and easy to use for our participants – which also means more efficient management and, crucially, better insights.

Award Win For Peter Totman

Peter won the prestigious Best Qualitative Paper award at Esomar Fusion for his paper entitled, “I don’t know if I am allowed to say this but…”

In the paper he explores political correctness and its relationship with qualitative research, offering guidance on how to walk a very sensitive path to get richer insights.
