The critical thing about this work is to identify and measure the right thing for each individual client
- This could mean focussing on loyalty and retention
- It could mean advocacy and word of mouth
- It could be simple service measurement
We have designed and run bespoke studies and models in all of these areas
We have worked with many of the branded models - but we know from experience that off-the-shelf research products are rarely the answer. We believe in designing models to meet client needs rather than forcing client needs to match a pre-existing model
