This is obviously an important issue, and one that is gaining momentum by the hour
But it is still an area where both consumers and businesses are 'finding their way'; many consumers are motivated more by saving money than environmental issues to 'go green' - and many say they are green to avoid social criticism.
Amongst businesses, few realise that it's now a legal requirement of company directors to act in a way that is environmentally friendly, and many, although they claim to be green, still source their supplies from less than totally ethical sources. Many SMEs see environmental issues simply as another piece of costly legislation
