We have a special interest in SME research
- A link between the world of consumers and the world of corporates, the SME market is a real hybrid; with many owners making business decisions based on experiences in their personal lives - and using products that are either designed for consumers or large corporates
- Why is this? Until recently few products have been developed specifically for the SME market
- However, intense competition means that more attention is now being focused on the SME market
- The diversity of companies within the SME definition; from sole traders through to fast growing medium-sized businesses brings an added complexity to understanding their needs
- We understand the issues and our approach, from initial design through to analysis and interpretation, is based on vast experience researching this audience
