  • Why is this? Until recently few products have been developed specifically for the SME market
  • However, intense competition means that more attention is now being focused on the SME market
  • The diversity of companies within the SME definition; from sole traders through to fast growing medium-sized businesses brings an added complexity to understanding their needs
  • We understand the issues and our approach, from initial design through to analysis and interpretation, is based on vast experience researching this audience
