We place insight generation, allied with excellent project management, at the heart of the process. This usually requires a balance of standardisation of the research process (recruitment, questioning and the analysis process) with flexibility, to allow the local flavour to come out

We produce a 'global story' based on identification of overall themes.  At the same time we include local cultural differences to add colour and depth to the findings

For quantitative research we put together a bespoke fieldwork solution which may include centralised, local or regional hub-based interviewing

For qualitative research we work with a network of high-quality local moderators, most of whom have worked with us for many years.  Where budgets allow we endorse face-to-face local briefings and debriefings
