Usability is not just about heat-maps or mouse tracks, though they are important, it’s also about understanding the impact that online interactions have on the whole life of the consumer and on our clients’ brand values. 

It’s all about using the right approach for the site we’re testing – so we might be testing an app on a phone in a high-street, or a tablet in a kitchen, or a PC in a usability lab. We’ll use tracking tools, hard data and qualitative insight to get the answers we need…
