Often clients need to understand which features or benefits they should include in products or services they offer.

We use a range of trade-off techniques (such as conjoint, MaxDiff etc.) to model the choices people make and identify the optimum design for our clients’ products.

Our approach is collaborative from start to finish, from helping our clients articulate features and benefits in the best way possible, through to building simulators to enable them to make great business decisions.
